REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – DURO

At DURO, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the intimate nature of our garments, all items are considered undergarments and are subject to strict hygiene standards.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds on any items that have been worn, tried on, or removed from their original packaging.

SIZE & FIT
We provide detailed sizing information on our product pages. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.

EXCHANGES
We understand that sizing issues may occur. While we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons, DURO may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time size exchange as a courtesy.

In such cases:
- The original item cannot be returned or resold
- The replacement item is provided as a one-time accommodation
- Shipping fees may apply

REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrives damaged or defective

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

CHARGEBACKS
By completing a purchase with DURO, you agree to this policy. Initiating a chargeback for reasons that fall within our stated policy (such as sizing issues) may be considered a violation of our terms.
