Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you are not satisfied with your order, items (with the exception of underwear and socks) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the delivery date. Please email likeitduro@gmail.com with your order number and return/exchange request details.

  • ALL UNDERWEAR AND SOCKS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
  • Return shipping fees will not be covered by Duro.
  • All returned items must be in unworn condition and all original tags and packaging sent back. We will inspect items and reach back out to you within 3-7 business days of receiving your returned items to approve your return.
  • When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be included in the refunded amount.
  • Duro reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

What's your shipping time frame?

All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped out from our Miami, FL warehouse within 3-5 business days from the date the order was placed. From there, the actual shipping to your delivery address will depend on the specific delivery address. USPS typically delivers within 3-8 business days once shipped.
